WARNING: Customized products are unique and made specifically for you. Therefore, unless there is a manufacturer defect, we cannot return or exchange customized products under any circumstances.

Return Instructions:

  • To return an item, please send an email to casepeach@outlook.com. Please include your order number, the item in question, and the reason for the return in the email.

  •  Your order can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we regret that we will not be able to provide a return or refund.

  • If you find that it is our mistake, please take photos of the defective or incorrectly sent item, attach a description, and include them in your email.

  • For returns, your item must be in brand new, unused condition, and retain its original packaging and any gifts received. If the returned item does not match the description or is damaged, we will only offer a partial refund or no refund. Depending on the specific circumstances, we will donate, properly dispose of, or ship the item back to you, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Please note that if the return is not due to Casepeach's fault, all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We will refund the product cost upon receiving the item; the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

  • However, if the return is due to a defective item or incorrect shipment, Casepeach will cover the return shipping costs according to international shipping rates.

  • All product returns must be sent to our designated official return address, which we will provide after your return is approved. To complete your return, please include your proof of purchase and contact information in the return package.

  • Refund (if eligible): After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification that we have received it. We will process your refund, which will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This process typically takes 1-3 business days. If there is a delay or omission in the refund process, please contact us at casepeach@outlook.com.

Exchange Policy:

  • To exchange an item, please send an email to casepeach@outlook.com. Please include your order number, the item in question, and the reason for the exchange in the email.

  • Your order can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide exchange services.

  • If you find it is our mistake, please take photos of the defective or incorrect item. We offer one free exchange.

  • All exchanges will be processed according to the order details. We will provide you with detailed information on exchange fees and procedures.

Promo Codes and Gifts:

  • If you forget to use your discount code at checkout, we can only apply it within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Only one discount code can be used per purchase.

  • Coupon codes cannot be used on previous orders or retroactively after the order has shipped.

  • All coupon codes or credits are non-refundable after a return.

  • If your order includes gifts or freebies, and the return would reduce the original order amount from qualifying for the gifts, the gifts must be returned with the order.

  • Unreturned gifts: If gifts cannot be returned, their retail value will typically be deducted from the refund.
